apocalypsosMore news of New Orleans on TV. There's just so much about this whole situation that's just not right -- the reports of anarchy, the crimes going on in the Superdome, the government's reactions. It's so painful to watch. Now that I have my paycheck, I might actually be able to donate, thank God. I know I haven't said much about it so far, it's just hard to say the words sometimes, you know?
In other news, resume and cover letter have been sent off to the factory. Thanks for the help with the cover letter, guys. *cuddles you all*
Today I've had a McChicken sandwich, a peanut butter sandwich, and ... uh, a stick of gum. Tomorrow, I should probably try that whole "meal" thing I've been hearing about.
So this weekend it's a field trip to the Spy Museum, another attempt to finish the Monsters edit, and a start on a recap for The Day After for![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
plan_9_from_lj (which I've had snarky punchlines in my head for all day). And maybe packing my DVDs, if I can stop myself from thinking, "But I might want to watch all of them in the next few weeks." Which reminds me ... because I'm indecisive:
