Yeah, that pretty much summed up what's happened to my attitude regarding Lynette, too. Last season, it was blatantly obvious that she was out of her element, and in retrospect, considering that Tom was having problems long before she started screwing with his job, he was in the same position of being in the wrong place. Now that they've worked out the bigger kinks -- Lynette's job in relation to the kids and Tom getting used to having to clean and cook and all that -- they're really working out as a married couple and as characters in ways they really weren't before.
And Gabby and Carlos are just the best now. Watching them snipe at one another is so freaking amusing, and they were kind of adorable today when they paused in manipulating one another to look at the sonogram.
