So I was looking out my windows before, saw it raining hard like it's been for the past couple of days, and snapped out loud, "Oh, for Christ's sake, stop raining."

I just looked out the windows again.

IT'S FUCKING SNOWING.

It's not like I don't know snow flurries aren't outside the realm of possiblity for Pennsylvania in October, but ... no, really. STOP THAT.

Hmm. And according to elsewhere on my flist, it's first snow in Norway as well. Obviously, you are being invaded by Viking weather.

But I don't waaaaaaant Viking weather! *whines*

Can't I just have some Vikings instead? I could deal with an invading horde better than I can with snowflakes. Sad but true.

All the hordes are working for Capital One now. The weather is just their way of sending their love. And lutefisk.

Mother Nature says you must be more specific in your weather requests.

I've done that before, though. Looked out the window and told it to stop raining. It started hailing.

You shouldn't have said "stop raining". *nods*

I've learned not to tell mama nature to stop things around here. I've gotten sleet, hail and snow out of it.

I woke up just now and all of my radiators are nice and toasty and yet my apartment is so fucking cold. Grrrrr.

Need hot chocolate. A big cup of one. With real marshmallows.

Snow? Already? To a Southern girl like me, that's just weird.

Well, it didn't stick, but I wasn't surprised (just pissed off). Those internet quizzes for "You know you live in Pennsylvania when ..." always include "You make your kid's Halloween costumes big enough to fit over a snowsuit" for a reason. :)

We're supposed to get an inch or two of snow tonight. I kind of wish I were in DC for that, if only because it always amused me to watch everybody there freak the hell out and run through the streets flailing their arms over a couple of inches of snow. :)

*misses you right back*
