When I see it, the second frame (after "Hi guys) just shoots past so fast you can't even read it. Is that just me?

Depends if you're seeing "Look, here's the thing" as the second frame. If not, I can always adjust the timing on it. :)

I'm getting the same problem. I think it's actually two frames. I see "Hi, guys," and then I see two frames ("Look, here's the thing" being the first, then a long on afterward), then "You see the problem...."
