President Bush brushed aside criticism over his decision to spy on suspected terrorists without court warrants Monday and said he will keep it up "for so long as the nation faces the continuing threat of an enemy that wants to kill American citizens." God, I can't even express my rage at that man articulately anymore. There's mostly just a lot of growly sounds and angry hand gestures.

Top Five Christmas Comedies -- Not a horrible list, but I'd replace Elf with The Ref. (Even though I did love Elf, but still, Denis Leary! Come on!)

The Producers cast may make a musical version of Young Frankenstein. *headsmack* The only thing about that idea that intrigues me is Roger Bart as Igor and the part where he says he already has bad posture, so he'd be perfect for the role. *snerk*

Movie trailer links -- Tristram Shandy: A Cock and Bull Story, which actually looks a wee bit funnier than it probably should. But it's got Stephen Fry AND Gillian Anderson. Also, there's Imagine Me and You, which features Anthony Head in a supporting role.

EDIT: Aaaaaand my yuletide story is all uploaded and done. Yay! That was fun, in that usual stressed-out-because-it's-a-ficathon-and-I-really-hope-they-like-it kind of a way. :)

It is definitly very, very cool. Why can't we make OUR ears into buns? It's not fair.

The funny thing is that today in science class, we had this diagram of bunnies... and then the bunnies got eaten by a fox... so I was sitting there wondering 'Wait! Vader has to be a fox! Like the bunny diagram!'

I wanna see a huge song and dance number on the "Roll, roll, roll in ze hay!" line. It's a short, two-line gag, but still. X)

I really, really, really hope Imagine Me and You doesn't have a crappy cop-out ending. I wanna see it and not be disappointed and irritated. The DDR bit makes my goofy romantic side squee, don't ruin it! *crosses fingers*

I have to say "WHY DO I NOT OWN ___ YET" far too often. I really miss that one Muppet Christmas special that had every frikkin Muppet EVER in it, and there was an ice patch at the front door and it was the best running gag ever, and Robin hung out with the Fraggles in the basement, and heeeeeee.
