Things I Wish For Right Now

1. I wish more people would write me fic. Pooooooooorn. Somebody write me Supernatural gun-cleaning or priest or car porn, or John smut (with Mary or with someone else) or AUs where they're knights or cops or something. Somebody write me Tom/Alana or Diana/Marco het. Somebody fix what they did to Bobby and Rogue in X3. (Or, you know, take the Bobby/Kitty thing and run with it. I like my movieverse het, what can I say?)

2. On the same token, I wish somebody would stop me from contemplating writing a crossover where Faith and movieverse Bobby hook up. This goes against a law somewhere, and I'll find out which one if it kills me.

3. I wish I had a pony. Not because I actually want a pony, but because I'm eternally that little girl who looks exactly like Bubbles from the Powerpuff Girls and it seems only fair.

3a. Speaking on Bubbles, you know what I'd love? You know that episode of the Powerpuff Girls where they all decided to be their own superhero and Bubbles dressed up in a bunny suit and bounced off on her pogo stick to fight crime? I wish I had that in an icon. Just picturing that shot (and the fact that Buttercup was back home sulking on the couch waiting for night to come because she could only fight crime after dark, which killed me) always me giggle.

4. I wish I had a nice cowboy hat and a kickin' pair of cowboy boots, which is really something I should work on before Winchestercon.

5. I wish I could teleport. But there's nothing you people can do about that, unfortunately.

6. I wish I knew how to draw, or at least how to draw better than I do, because I'm dying to design the tattoo of the characters I want to get when the Books of Boggs gets published and I can't and it's bugging me.

7. In a related wish, I maybe shouldn't have physically based one character in the later books on Jared Padalecki, especially when I've got another one who's sort of shifted over time into being physically based on Jensen Ackles. Hellooooooo, distracting thoughts with no real connection to the plot.

8. I wish I hadn't stopped at my parents' house to see the kitten after I went to play basketball at the park and turned on the television just in time to see Mayhem and Paddywhack arguing on a Gilmore Girls rerun. I really didn't need to explain why I was giggling like that to my brother.

9. I wish I had some seafood. I've had a craving for shellfish for a week and a half and haven't done a damn thing about it.

10. I wish my little brother was the President. Because yeah, he's totally unqualified for the job, too, but at least I'd like the person in office.

11. I wish I hadn't had the passing thought last night at work wondering if there was any RPF with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. It's just wrong enough where it may never leave my brain until I actually read some. *sigh*

12. I wish we were having a heat wave right now. I want to bake, damn it. *is freezing*

Things I Love Right Now

1. Supernatural fandom. Oh, to be part of a big, bouncy, prolific fandom again. :)

2. "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse. Well, Muse in general, because they rock, but wheeeeee. *dances*

3. New episodes of The 4400. Which, granted, I haven't gotten to see yet, BUT STILL.

4. Bolthouse Farms vanilla soy chai. I don't even care that it's so friggin' expensive I can only buy it once a week.

5. Gummie bears. I blame Jensen. (It does not help that they're easily catchable with your mouth when tossed into the air.)

6. Amusement parks. See, this is what Hershey did to me. One day in a place with roller coasters and suddenly I'm like a crack addict with a fix. (When I was a kid you couldn't even get me near a roller coaster, so ... *snickers*)

Take it from an artist: anybody, anybody, ANYBODY can learn to draw. All you need to do is want to improve, be driven enough to learn how, and draw. A LOT. DRAW LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS. It's like science, in a way. Anybody can science if they study enough.

I can reccomend some books if you like. :)

Have you SEEEEN the pictures of aby Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt?! I have RARELY seen such an adorable newborn. Usually they're all so mottled and red that, yeah, they are sort of cute but still a little 'ooh, I can't wait til he/she is older so they are more cute'

But no! The little runt is DOWNRIGHT adorable.

Also...Nouvel should totally be Nouvelle since she's a girl...but hey....it's still an okay celebrity baby name.

Yup, and I totally agree. Such a cute baby, and the best was that the first thing I thought was, "Aw, look! She's got Mommy's lips!" 'Cause she does, and she is SO pretty.

Then again, look at the gene pool she has to work with. On the other hand, Maddox and Zahara aren't working with that gene pool and they're both so adorable. You can just tell Zahara's going to be gorgeous when she grows up, and as for Maddox, I just love the fact that he had a mohawk for the longest time. :)

I love her name, too, but then again Angelina gives her kids great names.

I second, third and fourth this. And as I can't write to save myself I nominate you!

Oh god you have no idea the full body spaz I had when I got the (totally illegal) download of their new album. But a month is just too long to wait!
