Okay, so now I've seen this week's Project Runway.

This is like the "Kayne geeks out and shows just what a little pageantry fanboy he can be" show, isn't it? Which, hey, I'm the last person who should mock anyone on their fannishness, and I'm not about to start with my little spazzy baby. The look on his face when he went backstage after he won just ... YES. He's got that look on his face like he doesn't even need to win the competition, because he designed a dress for MISS USA, for God's sake, and that'll do TONS for his career. GO, KAYNE! *flails*

And Kayne and Robert! Which the working together well and Robert just letting Kayne go nuts and talking about rhinetones like an old married couple! And Kayne's so much taller than Robert, and it's so freaking adorable! I can't stop using exclamation points! Wheeeeee!

Malan just ... oh. Poor baby. I mean, okay, yeah, slimy, but STILL. He was snobby, yeah, but he wasn't mean about it. I always take it as a good sign when the other designers aren't thrilled to see them go.

Answer me this: Who does Malan remind you of? Because I have not heard an answer yet that doesn't make me laugh hysterically and/or go, "HOLY CRAP, YES HE DOES." You know who he reminds me of? Alan Cumming in Circle of Friends. Uh-huh. *nods solemnly*

Meanwhile, I didn't realize there were new depths of annoyance I could fall to with Angela, but apparently there's a new low. Jesus fuck, how can anyone be so ridiculously bitchy? It's like she has absolutely no sense of self-awareness. At least with Vincent, I get the impression that he realizes he's out of his fucking mind. Any little bit of sympathy I might have had for her I lost when she started harrassing Kayne during their thirty minutes of design time. FUCK OFF. Hell, why not actually TRY to draw? I mean, damn, I can't draw all that well no matter what my high school art teacher thought, but I can at least pull off a loose Vincent-esque sketch if pressed.

And I know it really doesn't mean anything, but Katie continues to look like a little brown teddy bear. Awwww.

I'm going to make a few textless icons from the first episode, if anybody wants one and if the download manages to work. Anybody got any requests?

From what reactions I've heard, I'm thinking I was the only one mostly annoyed with Vincent. I want him gone already. I was shocked that Angela wasn't the one to go, but then I thought about how they'd said last season when Kara made the gown that was too short that that was horrible. Poor Malan.

First episode, hmm. I don't have any specifics, I just want ones of each of the garments that they made :) Yes, even the ones that nearly lost XD

I just want them both gone. I can deal with Jeffrey and Keith acting like assholes because at least they're amusing me -- Vincent and Angela piss me off. Vincent's out of his mind, and he seems to have blocked out when Tim told them they'd be working in teams, because he sure as hell wasn't showing any teamwork. And Angela just ... "You'll need someone to dig you out of your hole"? "I don't sketch, so what do you think of empire waists"? ARGH.

How did she get on the show if she doesn't sketch? I thought they had to show sketches. Or was that a cover-up to explain why she had nothing after bugging Kayne for 30 minutes? I hope next week it's Vincent but if it's Angela I'm not gonna cry at all.

Nope, I loathe Vincent as well! He wouldn't be able to lead anyone out of a paper bag, and is even more clueless about teamwork than Angela is. Both of them should have been out before Malan, but I figure this way, there will at least be a bit more drama.

I would love an icon of Robert undoing his shirt from near the end. Also, one of Tim being awesome. Also also, one of Kayne's shirt, but I suspect you want that one for yourself :D

If you listened to Tim's blogcast (if that's what it's called) you'll she he hates Vincent and was really sorry to see Malan go. I wasn't crazy about Malan but I would much rather have Vincent or Angela gone.

If you're offering I would love one of Tim saying "I'm not feeling it" or something like that.

I loved Kayne during his presentation when he was talking a mile a minute and the final "love you mean it". I can't decide between Kayne and Robert yet.
