Date: 2006-08-05 04:49 pm (UTC)Lets see...ice for the first 24 hours, then heat. Much as it sucks, try to move it around a little, cause trust me, you don't want it to lock down (breaking it loose again is the most painful thing I've ever experienced, bar none.)
The range of motion limitation is probably just the general trauma, but if it goes on more than a week, I'd get it checked. (rotator cuff, ow.)
