I totally thought that Peter was going to be the one throwing around the locker doors using Sylar's TK, but I guess that painting was of when Sylar was attacking him.

You are already theorizing and I am still in my moment of post-ep purr.

I'm deeply curious as to how it will play out. Rationally, none of the blood on Peter is Jackie's, which would make the case much less straightforward than it probably appears right now to prosecute. On the other hand, you've got Claire and Claire's dad right there, and hey, now he's got some damn strong evidence he should probably give Peter a big poke. But then again, he may be trying to just let this guy take the fall to keep Claire out of things and wrap it up, so Matt and FBI Chick could end up there. Possibilities! Shiny!

That was fairly awesome. I really liked the way she seems to have come full circle this episode and learned to accept herself as not perfect, superhuman, whatever.

So, what, we get next week's six-months-earlier ep and then a bit of a hiatus? And the present-day bit has the Peter-in-custody, Sylar-missing, Jessica-gunning-for-DL cliffhangers to make us tune in next year? Yeah, that's a fair place to leave it, in that at least they apparently took care of the crisis shown in Isaac's paintings, but the nuking of NYC remains up in the air.
