Okay, more thoughts.
Nov. 21st, 2006 10:32 pm-- The LoVe and Piz equation at the end of the episode annoys me for a couple of reasons, one being that the connotation seems a little sinister for a generally nice guy like Piz and another being that any person that just casually watches the show without joining fandom is sitting at home going, "... huh?!"
-- A plotline featuring feminists faking rapes makes me uncomfortable. One misguided girl, I can buy. But more than one and I get all ooky about the idea.
-- Oh, thank God, Mac's going to be back next week. She stops suffering through huge assignments and dead relatives so she can come back just in time to possibly get chased by a rapist. Sheesh.
-- Oh, Dick. I love you. Continue being the biggest idiot in Neptune and I'll keep on keeping on over here, y'all. (How much do I adore that you completely spilled the beans about the keister egg to Veronica? THIS MUCH.)
-- The kidnapping plotline was meh, although I did like seeing Patricia Hearst again. Forgive me, however, for wishing she'd behaved just like a character in a John Waters movie.
-- Dean O'Dell can be a dick, but the fact that he immediately broke off conversation with Lamb to go tell Veronica that Lamb was an idiot and he wanted to talk to her father made me giggle.
