So my mom is going to call the dealer and see about getting him to take the amount we've got, or at least I hope she is. She kind of got a little snippy with me when I talked with her about it which means either she's as annoyed with this whole process as I am or she just wants to throttle me for being an annoying schmuck. It could go either way.

In other news, I should have put money on my brother canceling our movie plans at the last minute to go shopping with a girl. I would have cleaned up, and then I wouldn't currently be having visions of selling my entire DVD collection to get that five hundred bucks.

And now I have Smirnoff Grape.

Word to the third and somesuch. I'm taking in some VHS and books to the used store today. It's a sad thing except that I never actually read most of them.

I'm drinking and listening to mellow music. Right now, the only thing aside from the British accent that's keeping from being Bridget Jones is that I highly doubt Colin Firth and Hugh Grant would ever fight badly over me.

I've been seriously thinking about starting to donate plasma again lately, which must mean I really need money because I hated donating plasma. The money was nice but it wore me out after a while.

You will NOT donate plasma. You will inform the car dealer that your loan officer deems his piece o'crap worth whatever price your loan is, and then you will inform the car dealer that he is fortunate to have your business.

Then offer him $500 less than the loan amount.

If he won't take it, then you still have the loan in hand and can find a better deal elsewhere. YOU HAVE THE POWER! despite having no car and needing immediate transportation, because you have the money.

He does not.

Or, you know, you could let your mom run him through the wringer.

If I wasn't such a horrible shreiking ninny about medical needles I'd be all over selling some of those bodily fluids. I mean, it's not like I'm using all twelve pints of the stuff, y'know?
