I've been asleep most of today and already it's the worst day of the year.

I get a call at seven this morning. (Right after I'd finally gotten to sleep. ARGH.)

Mom: Your brother got taken to the hospital because he got ink in his eyes at work and they swelled shut. Also, I got a call from the bank and it sounds like they haven't been taking the payments for the car out of your bank account, they've been taking it out of mine.

*sigh* Fabulous.

She says she's going to call them, so I roll back over and go to sleep.

She calls me again just now.

Mom: Yes, the bank's been taking it out of my account, not yours. Also, they never got the title for the car.

I'm sorry, but I know damn well that title wasn't mine to keep, so I would have brought it to the bank as soon as I'd gotten it. The downside is that I just rolled out of bed and I can't for the life of me remember the dealer actually handing me the title. To be honest, I could swear he hadn't. My dad was there, but I'm not sure he remembers either, and he left before the whole thing was over anyway, and ...

*groans*

Excuse me, I have to trudge down to the bank to talk about things I hate.
