Completely nonspoilery for tonight's episode, but if the writers ever wanted to make me giddy in a fannish way, you know what would do it? A passing mention that Dean got an A+ in home economics. Mmm-hmm. *nods solemnly*

I think I blame that thought on thinking back to the shifty-eyed "No, really, we're just brothers!" stuff from last week and all the cracks about the writers lurking in fandom and ... well. Ahem. :)

Yahoo! Launchcast has a new station -- Guitar Gods. HEE. Sometimes they just want to make me happy, y'all.

And now I have to go finish what's turning into a surprisingly long Heroes fic, so that I can, erm, maybe possibly kinda write Ugly Betty/Smallville fic that I'm completely blaming on keepaofthecheez. *shakes fist in air* CURSES!

EDIT: How is listening to this station making me want to write Rock Star!Dean fic? It's Guitar Gods, and he's the DRUMMER. *headdesk*

Gotta admit, I've been hoping for a UB fic from you, though I have absolutely no idea how you're going to tie it in with Smallville of all things.

I did a random meme recently where I had a numbered list of characters that were randomly picked for the questions. One very long one turned out to say that Betty was an evil mastermind who was stopped by the combined brain power of Dean Winchester and Marc St. James. The only person who I could think to write such a fic was, of course, you.

It just fit.
