apocalypsosI'm going to write tonight if it kills me because if I'm going to skip work I might as well put a dent in The Vampires of Vandling or write some fic or something while I'm at it.
Anyway, love meme! Because I haven't done it in a while, it's making the rounds again, and it makes me smile.
1. You have got to be by far one of the most adorable people I've ever met in my life. You're barely ever NOT giddy and happy and excited, and seeing you in a good mood always puts me in a better mood.
2. I have the hardest time in the world when anyone fangirls me because I just can't wrap my brain around it (although I'm always grateful, even if I stammer and get all shy), but when YOU do it? I die. I die a lot. I have fangirled few writers as hard as I fangirl you, hon. You just ... you don't even know. I've nearly been late for work a few times because I've stopped to read your fic before running out the door.
3. It's not your online persona that gets me, it's YOU. Sometimes I want to tell you so much how good a person you really are because I don't think you get it and I really want you to.
4. When things went pear-shaped and fell apart, you talked to me when it really mattered. Seriously, you just have no idea how much that meant to me.
5. We don't talk much, but seeing your posts on my friends list always makes me smile and laugh, even if I feel guilty about it afterwards most of the time. ;)
6. YOU. Yeah, you, you enthusiastic little bastard. I pimp fandoms to a lot of people and love doing it every single time, but I think I love pimping to you most of all because the more of my favorite fandoms I throw at you, the more awesome fic I think I can talk you into. *rubs hands together wickedly and cackles*
7. You have some of the sharpest insights into every fandom we share and I always enjoy discussing every show we both watch with you. Plus, your fic's kickin'.
8. Damn, the brains on you. You drop these posts all the time that just make me squeak and flail and go, "I never even thought of that! Oh, my God! OH MY GOD!" And then I am attacked by plotbunnies. So, love you and also ... DAMN YOU! *shakes fist in air* ;P
9. I worship your talent. WORSHIP. You had better be writing original fic, darling, because the ideas and concepts that you use in your fanfic are amazing.
10. I don't know how you manage to do soooo much for fandom. Just ... are you a time-traveler? Is that it? An awesome time-traveling juggler who does five million things at the same time and does them all like a total professional and is a great person to boot?
