I've decided that any story can be greatly improved by changing the ending to "And then donuts fell from the sky." Mmm. Oh, yeah.

See, I was going to say, Things were looking bad for us, but by an astonishing turn of events, donuts chose that moment to fall out of the sky. In the confusion, we got away and lived happily ever after.

It certainly would have made 'Phantom Menace' much better. And it would be perfect Jedi-practice. "Hit the donus with your saber, you must. But not the cruellers".
