And regardless of the fact that said fan was booted from the convention I have no doubt whatsoever that she thinks it was totally worth it for making herself look like the biggest ass in fandom getting to touch him or something. *sigh* This is exactly the reason I was glad no one from the show was coming to Winchestercon last year, although it didn't seem from that weekend that anyone there was that off-kilter to jump anyone. Thank GOD.

And after checking just out of curiosity, it seems Supernatural is still the fandom full of fans most likely to sign up to rec at crack_van and least likely to actually rec anything when their turn comes around. Fabulous.

Also, Miss Alli appears to have come to the same conclusion I have, which is that TAR is a great show with a lazier and lazier production staff.

Yeah, considering on how well that "write fic" plan panned out, not in the best mood right now.

So, a meme. I guess. I don't know. It's probably a bastardization of several memes, actually, but I could use the inspiration:

If you had me under your command and could make me write anything regardless of whether or not I know the fandom or if anybody even writes fic in that fandom and no matter how crack-addled it might be, what would you love to see me write?

No guarantees I'll get anything out of it, but here's hoping. *crosses fingers* Not that I don't love drawing too but it'd be really nice to have inspiration to do anything else right about now.

Well, I'd like to say that I don't think that the girls at Wincon'd act such fools.. but one must take into consideration what's been apparently dubbed 'The Jensen Effect.' I'm inclined to say there should be some sort of SANE fandom contigent(sp?) that explains to him calmly, no, we're not all batshit, yes, we do adore him but no, we don't want to scare him away. *nodnod* And if some of the members of that group start to feel their rabidity levels reaching critical mass, they can just quietly step out of the room for refreshments or call in a replacement. But that could just be me ^.^
