apocalypsosYou know, I knew Louise kicked ass, but I didn't know she had credentials in ass-kicking. Or credentials that good, anyway. Tankbuster? Hee!
That butt-kicking chick icon? I don't have a firstborn child to trade, but if someone could make me an icon out of the scene where she flips Jake, I'm sure I could come up with ... I don't know. Puppy-dog eyes and a near-lethal level of adorability come to mind. *bats eyelashes hopefully*
No Sarah! That in and of itself makes this a good episode.
Not a lot of Diane, damn it. But better they not use her too much than they cram her or any other character into every episode no matter whether or not it's warrented by the plot. So, I forgive.
Jake's "revenge"? And people wonder why I love this show. :)
And the thing where Jake and Kyle end their cases by sharing a beer? Excellent. Although I could do without the wounding of either one of them. Aw, my poor defenseless secret agents. *cuddles Kyle and Jake* Then again, I give it until tomorrow morning before the first Kyle/Jake comfort fic based on the last scene pops up on the Internet. "Lou said to smuggle you a beer." *squee* See? Even Lou recognizes the algebraic equation, Kyle/Jake > Sarah/Jake.
Of course, Diane/Jake trumps all other pairings. Except perhaps for Lou/Kyle, but I think Jake needs to get laid more.
Speaking of which, next week! It's sex with Laura Harris, who's played evil, obnoxious, or both every single time I've seen her act in anything. And yet, getting Jake nekkid next week. Which means on a purely gratuitous level, I love her.
Oh, and as if I didn't have enough reasons to love the show, I was once in an elevator with Jim Byrnes, who guest-starred on "Jake 2.0" like Steven Williams, who used to be on "21 Jump Street" with Johnny Depp. Six Degrees of Separation is officially the best game ever.
