Jackson's Dad Says He Whipped Michael -- You know, it just goes to show the kind of mood I'm in that I read that headline and my mind immediately filled in the new ending "... And Served Him on Pumpkin Pie At Thanksgiving Dinner." Oh, yes, I believe a trip to Ogrish is in order for me.

The thing is, that wasn't even why I posted the link to this story. It's actually because of the following --

The interview was conducted by Louis Theroux in a hotel room in an unspecified location in the United States and overseen by a man, Majestik Magnificent, who described himself as Michael Jackson's personal magician.

Michael Jackson's personal magician?! What ... why ... how ...

Okay, how wrong is it that the first thing that popped into my head was this late-night phone call ...

Magician: "Michael, it's three o'clock in the morning --"
Michael: "But Majestik, you have to come over right now! It's an emergency! I need Liz Taylor sawed in half immediately!"
Magician: "I'm on my way!"

The mind boggles. (And is soundly thrashed by White Scientist Slave Brain.) You know, if you watched Jake 2.0, you would have gotten that last one.

*sigh*

In other news, I'm still trying to decide what to do with myself tomorrow. On one hand, I could go to a museum and be all learn-y, but on the other hand, the museum doesn't have Russell Crowe and Paul Bettany dropping slashworthy sailor anvils all over the bloody place. Well, unless there's a museum in Washington no one's told me about.

EDIT: Just reading the reviews. Oh, yeah, definitely going to the movies. Oh, please let me have to make an Academy Award icon for Paul Bettany, too ...

EDIT II: Billy Boyd's role in the movie is listed on IMDB as "Coxswain". Ooooo-kay, good night, everybody!

If there is, I think I'd gladly put myself in debt for the rest of my adult life just to see it.

And Michael Jackson without a pet magician is enough to boggle me (especially the whole 'Peter Pan' thing he's got going). 0_o

Um, hi. I'm Audrey. *waves sheepishly* Sorry I didn't introduce myself earlier, but my brain has somewhat resembled melted icecream for the past two days. x_x
