I am very accomplished today. Oh, yes.

What I've gotten done so far today:

1. One strongly worded letter faxed to the FedEx claims department. And when I say "strongly worded," I mean the kind of letter my mom and dad write to companies who've pissed them off that makes customer service reps piss themselves. Hi! I'm well-trained! :)

2. Paperwork filled out at temp agency so that they know I'm available to work. It's going to be hard to find something for me to do with a four-day-on-four-day-off schedule, but here's hoping.

3. I read this and laughed until I sprained something.

4. Um, I hugged a ginormous kitty today? Granted, it's my mom's ginormous kitty so it's not like it's anything I can't do every day, but still.

5. I have the first two episodes of S2 Dexter and the pilots of Reaper and Pushing Daisies. Let's just see if I get to watch them this weekend.

6. I have the broke person's copy of Deathly Hallows. \o/

7. I'm awake and I'm dressed. What more do you want? ;)

What I haven't gotten done today:

1. Well, my apartment's still a mess.

2. I still have to find out if you have to wait long after donating blood to donate plasma. I need the spare cash and can go tomorrow but it's only been a week. *sigh*

3. Nothing written for the Pulse recap. I figure I'll work on it after I clean the apartment from top to bottom. *cracks knuckles*

SO, I accidentally caught my first ever episode of SPN last weekend while waiting for people. It was pretty good. They were after a creature that was dressing up like a clown and killing people.

What is the broke person's copy of Deathly Hallows? I'm assuming you DLed it. Hopefully it's not missing pages like a bunch of the regular copies seem to be.

I'm halfway through it; so no spoilers please.

I could rent you my spare copy if the price was right. You'd have to pick it up though.

Someone at work told me about it; so I googled "Deathly Hallows Missing Pages" (without the quotes) and got a bunch of hits. The story I read was on MSNBC.

They're saying they've had "a few hundred" complaints. Different books seem to be missing different pages; usually about 30 pages. The article said they're already appearing on eBay with opening bids of $30 and up.

Dexter is one of the most interesting things on Tv in years. (Something is very wrong with the world or very right with the show, if one can watch it and sort of root the *serial killer* on.)

When one of my friends survived off of donating plasma, she was able to go twice a week.

However, I don't know the difference between donating blood/donating plasma and if you need to wait additional time. :o

at the plasma center i work at, we ask you if you've donated whole blood in the last 8 weeks. if so, it's an 8 week deferral. Bet yours is the same.
