So what have I accomplished so far today?

I finished the bitchy letter to Compaq and sent it off. So, you know, there's that.

Not that I expect anything out of it. It's a much more polite, wordier version of "Your company is run by incompetant douchebags," but I didn't make a big deal about wanting anything out of them other than to tell them that they were all obnoxious asshats.

Well, if nothing else, that was fun. :)

Compaq sucks. I had a friend with a laptop who sent it off and it came back worse than before. It took another friend calling and pretending to be her and shouting at them before anything happened. You never know, maybe the letter will knock some sense into them. *crosses fingers*
