Why is it so damn hard for me to stay up late when I want to when I work nights, for Pete's sake?

So I'm trying to stay up for the eclipse and I stumbled onto Pushing Daisies's trivia section on IMDb.

Apparently Adam Brody was up for the role of Ned and turned it down.

Oh, my God, not enough NO in the world.

Now there's something I can do to kill forty minutes. *beams*

EDIT: According to Heidi Klum's website the new season of Project Runway starts on November 14th. But ... but ... that's two and a half months away! *cries*

Yeah, there's always that to fall back on. I'm hoping the marathon of Season Two I'm going to do today after I put in a little sleep will help with the withdrawal.

Adam Brody would have been a great fit for the role, IMO, and again IMO; made a mistake not taking the role. Does he have something else on the horizon?

I just keep trying to picture him opposite Anna Friel and I can't. I think he's definitely one of the few actors who could do the dialogue justice, that's damn sure, but trying to refrain from getting close to others and being the same age as Anna (who looks young but not THAT young) and ... it just doesn't fit in my brain.

Then again, I adore Lee Pace in the role in ways I cannot describe with flailing hand gestures, so that probably doesn't help at ALL. :)
