YES! You put it perfectly. She takes these smart, intelligent people and she makes them into people I don't like. Maybe I don't want to watch adultery and never ending depression and lying. People can be good, yes they can make mistakes (which is why I forgave the Meredith/George stupidity and overall badness), but none of these people can find any happiness?
Please don't make these people who are supposed to be doctors (hopefully responsible people who care about their patients) into melodramatic fifteen year olds; hormonal, indecisive, and sometimes just plain mean (like to Callie). Actually thinking about it, the only patient featured stories I really remember is about Ava. Which I love and am gleefully happy that she will be returning. These are doctors and yet we rarely saw them doing anything this season except angsting their shit around the hospital.
