... whch led to the recent discovery that I actually really like yogurt, just as long as I mix it liberally with Grape Nuts and it's fruit-flavored.

Of course, that leads to situations like earlier tonight when I stepped up to the register at the supermarket with an armful of Yoplait and the guy behind me took one look at me and rolled his eyes. Dude, sometimes the skinny chick isn't on a diet, sometimes she just likes yogurt and it's ten for six bucks. Sheesh.

Also, uh, I saw a movie. You'll find out which one in a few hours. *shifty eyes*

Granola-type products + Yogurt = Symbiotic relationship. One is not edible without the other.

Oh, man, now I have a craving... *grumble* I wonder how late the grocery store is open, given that it's Thanksgiving here in Canada and all...

He took one look at you and rolled your eyes?

Good trick.

I like yogurt in smoothies, but just barely.

I want to try Danactive.

Yogurt is diet food? Well, okay, I guess, but I eat it because I like it but also because it's filling and nutritional. Which to me is sort of the opposite of "starvation food."

I haven't tried any other brands and Yoplait doesn't seem to offer this in the US, but I also really love Minigo which is made from fresh cheese instead of yogurt but mostly just has a thicker consistency. It's really yummy and filling.

My love of Minigo makes me laugh, actually, because I avoided it for years and years since I hate thick yogurt and only buy the 0.1% kind, but now it's one of my favourites.

Well, not solely diet food, but I haven't met a whole lot of women who eat it when they're not on one. Which is sad, really, but ... *shrugs*

Oh, also, if you're in need of a bran increase, All Bran buds are super in yogurt.

I'm quite a fan of granola in yogurt, but also the awesomeness of granola in apple sauce (and, totally freeaking out my friends, apple sauce and cottage cheese. Mmm.)

Ah, but have you tried cottage cheese and apple butter? Or, really, any sort of fruit butter . . . that's one people look at me oddly for.
