The way I see it, if you want to have a really awesome life, you have to have a really sucky life first. To balance it out, see? At least that's what I'm hoping. ;)
We are, of course, ignoring all those assholes who are rich and spoiled their whole lives. Though they often don't seem to be all that happy, which could prove my point.
And damn Supernatural for returning "awesome" to my vocabulary. *sighs*
