You know what would redeem this entire Hiro storyline for me? If Yaeko ended up being the one who trains Hiro to be BadAss Future Hiro. Because that? That would make her so kick ASS.
And I continue to love Monica (and Monica with Micah) beyond all reason.
YES! Agreed. Though I feel so bad for Hiro. His relationships are kinda tragic. There was Charlie *mourns* and now Yaeko who is destined for another man.
I so want the boys to completely suck at fighting off the army and have to resort to using their powers, meanwhile Yaeko completely kicks ass all on her own. But her training Hiro to be bad ass would be just as awesome.
They promised so much with her first appearance and being generally kick ass. I have to believe they're gonna follow through with that! *crosses fingers and toes and other appendages with you!*
When Micah and Monica were laughing about the double-dutch skill acquisition, my boyfriend yelled "Yes! Please let there be someone on this show who isn't angsty about their powers!"
Also, I'm waiting for Yaeko to show that she's good for something besides mooning over Kensei. ANYTHING WILL DO.
