The Ice Queen rides again ...

Those of you who are into Project Runway and avoid TWoP like the plague might have missed this fascinating tidbit:

Victorya's winning dress from the prom challenge looks an awful lot like a dress Michael Knight designed for an episode of My Super Sweet 16. Like, almost exactly the same. Except Michael doesn't hate breasts, and that helps a LOT.

Also, apparently when Victorya gets auf'd (WOOHOO!), she throws a HUGE temper tantrum in front of the judges and storms off set, and it took them hours to find her so that they could finish filming the episode. And the next day she was already sending out invitations to her own Fashion Week show. AND there's supposed to be two Project Runway shows this year, one for the final three and one featuring three pieces each from all of the designers -- except for Victorya, who was so pissed she was auf'd she refused to show.

Have I mentioned how much I hate her? I mean, I just really really hate her. Flames ... from the side of my face ... RAWR.

Is it tonight yet? *bounces up and down happily*

EDIT: You know what's funny? Bringing up the Cassie Edwards book that has all of the Longfellow plagiarism and finding out she quotes him on page seven.

When I read Jack's interview about who he hangs out with in NY ... I was thinking "well, he got all the annoying ones -- princess puffysleeves, VictorYa and Kevin."

Since I don't watch the show, at all, this was my initial reaction to the words 'Michael Knight', and it will stay that way.

Because that Michael Knight designing a prom dress makes me laugh really, really, hard.

HEEEE. Yeah, that was the way most of PR fandom responded to him at first. He turned out to be a really good designer, too, although he kinda fell apart in the end. (He designed the dress in my icon. And one made out of coffee filters.)

I haven't even looked at spoilers for this, so I wasn't sure she would eventually get booted, and I debated not clicking for spoiler reasons, but ...despite my general policy of trying not to wish people ill, this story makes me happy. Refused to show up because she didn't win? Just. No. *calls up Mirriam-Webster to advise them of a possible picture for their "sore loser" entry*

Heh. Victorya and Ricky are really the only two at this point I genuinely dislike. Christian is the only other one who comes close to bugging me, but the other designers seem to like him and that always goes a long way with me, considering they're the ones who have to deal with him.

Christian is helped by being a remarkably pixie-like boy, and I guess he might be nice off film too or something. (Him and Kit were so cute when they were working on the faux pas challenge).




I LOVE hearing that spoiler. I totally need to see that ep like right now. I suppose Ricky will breakdown in tears when he gets auf'd, but then again why should that be different that any other time?


I miss Elisa already though.

God, it would be so nice if it were tonight's ep, wouldn't it? But she's still got goddamn immunity from last week. *gags*

I think the only thing that really bugs me about Christian is something Jack said in that annoying Advocate article where he was like, "There are seven of us in New York and only four of us hang out, and Chris isn't one of them." Christian, Jack, Victorya, and Kevin are the four, which ... well, he kind of made it sound like, "Oh, we're the popular kids, and Chris is sitting at home crying into his beer!" And all I could think was, "That leaves, what? Jillian, Chris, and Rami? Yeah, I wonder which group I'd rather hang with." 'Cause Jillian might be a wee bit robotic, but at least those three haven't reached a point with me where I want to smack them all upside the head. (Plus, Rami = PRETTY.)

They're doing the weekly pre-PR marathon and seeing Elisa makes me want to grab onto her and not let her leave.

Heee, I called my Mom to tell her about Victorya and she's excited as everyone else here; can't wait for the episode to air. It's fun to have parents who get obsessed about this show too.

She's a Christian fan just because he was in some of her classes when she subbed.
