Also, I agree with the person on the TWoP boards who said that if Nora wants to find something to occupy her time, she should start a party planning business. It'd be perfect for her. She'd get to do the thing she loves to obsess over ALL the time.

Yes, she told him last episode and the episode opens with a family meeting where he tells the rest of the family. At the end of the episode, they meet up and share an admittedly awkward kiss on a bench overlooking a very pretty view. I know the two have chemistry but I really think they would have been better off without the kiss.
