Oh, and AND Dr. Ellie Satler from Jurassic Park. For many reasons (she's super smart, not afraid to correct the men when they're wrong, incredibly brave, curious, dedicated to her job, upfront about her desire to have children, outspoken, and on and on) but especially this line:

Dude, she is not even shaken by Hammond's sexist idea that he should be the one to go because he is a man (even if he is, you know, older and not entirely healthy). She's going to take care of business, and they can discuss his stupid idea later.
