apocalypsos... I should probably write this now, considering how preoccupied I'm going to be with catching up with NaNo the next few days and with work the next few days after that. With my luck, I'll forget about it otherwise and I don't want to leave it hanging if the assignments go out and I'm buried in Open Office.
Dear Yuletide Santa,
Thank you so much for writing one of my requests for me. I always get something awesome for Yuletide, so I'll have faith you'll churn out something great, too. In general, I'm pretty easy to please. I'm not really squicked by anything anymore outside of bad writing and not editing and overt character bashing, but since most of my requests are pretty much begging to be schmoopfests I don't think that's going to be a problem.
So, yeah. My requests:
RPF-Misc. Actors
Pick whoever you want and write the crackiest idea that comes to mind. I don't even care who's in it, how many people are in it, who's having sex with whom . whatever. David Hasselhoff is secretly a magician! Paris, Lindsay and Britney are secretly ninjas! Ryan Seacrest is a giant chicken! Go nuts and be as silly as you want. I'm not even joking. \o/
Okay, look, remember last year when that one girl put up an RPF- Misc. Actors prompt that was practically blank and everybody perked up until they looked at her Santa letter and figured out she actually did have specifics in mind? I have absolutely NO specifics in mind. I don't like surprises at all in real life, but you have no idea how giddy the possibility of being completely and totally surprised for Yuletide makes me. I don't care what or who you write about, just as long as you have a blast writing it. If I don't know who they are, I'll look them up. No worries.
However, if you do want some idea of what would make me spazz right the hell out, there are two things guaranteed to make me squeal happily -- post-apocalyptic stories and crack AUs. If it's going to be a post-apocalyptic story, I have no problem with it being hardcore unadulterated crack. Also, I'm all for actors either being recognized after the apocalypse (having it blow up in their faces or having it give them an advantage, I don't care which way you go) and having things they learned in preparation for a film or TV role come in handy after the world ends.
I love AUs where real actors and actresses are secretly superheroes or magical creatures or wizards or whatever. I just have this real kink for RPF where people in Hollywood are keeping secrets from their fans that are like, "I'm really a bored Sumerian god!" or "I'm king of the tiny kingdom living under my bed!" Whatever.
CRACK. GIVE IT TO ME. *grabbyhands*
Shelter
Post-movie, preferably a picture of the boys and Cody (and occasionally Gabe) as a happy family. Scenes of Zach becoming more comfortable being an out gay man would be awesome.
I'm totally hoping for happy-family-life stuff for this request. That scene at the beach at the end? Yeah. I kinda love the thought of Cody finally having a nice stable place to live with his two gay uncles, especially if it's a few years down the line and he's really starting to realize how lucky he's got it compared to some of his friends with their angry divorced parents. And if Jeanne shows up and is all, "I was hoping you'd want to come home with me," and he shoots her down, I'd be thrilled. But a nice shootdown, because Shaun and Zach raised him better. Yup.
I also love Gabe bunches (the irresponsible rich yet lovable jackass -- my kink, let me show you it) so if he could show up, I'd love it.
I sort of threw in that last bit on the spur of the moment. I like to picture Zach going off to L.A. with Shaun and Cody not ... afraid of hugging and kissing Shaun in public or whatever but ... well, waiting for the other shoe to drop, I suppose. Expecting his new friends like he expected his old friends to act and realizing, hey, I go to art school, there are gay guys all over here, or something.
Also, gay sex! I'm for it. *fist bump*

Christian/Oliver definitely, Christian/Oliver/Judith if you're really up for it. Please no angst -- I love the boys when they're schmoopy and Judith just as long as she's not having her usual boy troubles.
God, I'll take anything Christian/Olli, just as long as it's not angsty. Don't get me wrong. They're lovely when they're enduring hardships but ... you know, a gay bashing, a near-death experience, hiding in the closet for weeks before your brother stumbles onto you and your hot boyfriend making out -- the poor babies have enough problems. I want snuggles and sex and gay nightlife and hanging out with their awesome friends. Except for David and Fabian, because Judith's taste in men is foul.
Speaking of, if you can't pull it off I completely understand, but I've had an itch for threesome fic for months now. Maybe Judith sees them making out and figures out that watching pretty gay guys make out is hot. Maybe they all get drunk and fall into bed together. I don't know. What I do know is that if you do write this, I don't want the sex to come between them, because I adore their group dynamic.
Perry Moore - Hero
We only get a brief glimpse of Thom and Goran together at the end. I'd like to see more of them as a couple, both in public and private.
Basically, exactly what it says. I loved the book a lot but I really wanted to see more of the two of them after they get together. I would adore first-time fic here.
