apocalypsos... that that's why I've been a bitch for the past couple of days? OW. Ow, ow, ow. *wince* Oh, my poor tummy.
I'm supposed to go pick up the kitten from the vet later today. He's getting neutered. Aw, poor baby.
Oh, oh! Also, I found a pair of $10 Ugg boots at DG. I mean, they're ten bucks -- I doubt they're going to hold up for long, and I'm not wearing these to work like I did with the last ones, but a pair to clomp around in on the weekends will do just fine.
I also ordered Jess a necklace for Christmas last night. I still had enough in my Paypal to cover it and it was only eight bucks anyway, but it's really pretty and very pink, which is her favorite color, so I think she'll like it. I'm pretty much done with my Christmas shopping in general. I just need the stuff I ordered to show up, then I need my brother to give me the money he owes me, then I need to give him fifty bucks as part of his Christmas present, and THEN I'm hoping he turns around and just hands me cash for this year and last, since he didn't get me anything last year and he knows how broke I am.
As for my writing, I really have to get at least one chapter done today, if only so I don't feel like a stupid failure. Urgh.
