... what I'm absolutely dying for after reading Gossip Girl spoilers?

A story where Bart dies, and Chuck's completely crushed and feeling all alone and being twice as broken as normal, and Lily and Eric and Serena step up and say, "You want to feel sorry for youself because you think you have no family left? Well, too bad, because now you're stuck with us." And then they all hug and drink martinis and somebody strips in public or something.

I want to say this would put my urge for Eric and Chuck to sleep together to bed forever (no pun intended) but considering this is Chuck we're talking about, I don't think a one-night stand with his gay younger stepbrother is really all that outside the realm of possibility even if they did adopt the hell out of him to the point where he completely turns into a van der Woodsen and can never again function correctly in a relationship without sublimating himself to somebody else's desires, needs and petty stupid complaints.

Uh, yeah. I just realized there's no GG this week. Can you tell?

The whole thing actually makes me think of classic Beverly Hills 90210. Back when Mel and Jackie divorced, and Kelly asked her mom why David couldn't stay with them. And she said he could and then they were all one big happy family...

I would LOVE to read that. Both the Chuck being totally van der Woodsened and also Eric and Chuck's one-night stand. In the same story, even.
