Random stuff

-- My mom's picking me up in a half hour so we can go see Doubt. I do want to see it, really, but my mom's the one who instigated the trip to the theater. I was kinda hoping she wanted to see Benjamin Button but ... well, hell, I've got two weeks off work, I can go then.

-- Dude! My netbook fits into my "f*ck" purse! I mean, it may be a tight squeeze when I get a slipcover for it (which I should have done yesterday, now that I think about it) but I can totally put it in there and bring it with me to places and not be carrying around a laptop case. Right now it's in my AlphaSmart case, which it's definitely smaller than. I bet I could fit it into my portable DVD player case but that thing's freakin' bulky. Oh, it's pretty and wee.

-- It's a little bit hilarious to be reading HuffPo and listening to AOL's TV Tunes channel when the West Wing theme comes on. Heh.

-- The cat has commandeered my electric blanket. It's brown and really soft and occasionally warm. I should have known I never stood a chance of keeping it. :)

-- Jess got a poster of Edward Cullen for Christmas. I mocked appropriately.

-- "Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy"! Oh, my morning is MADE. \o/

-- Also, today I am wearing this. And a long-sleeved shirt underneath, 'cause it's chilly.

This is me, having a regional disconnect, because I sell that shirt in a long sleeved version.

Heh. No worries. That's why I have a few long-sleeved undershirts -- so I can still wear my T-shirts in the winter. :)
