Hell no. You need a third carer and that's if you're working on the assumption that it's one carer to every five kids. You really want two extra carers, since hey, you've got eight newborns here and then another six under seven.
And that's not counting the fact that you've got to look after them 24/7 and the adults need to sleep, too.
