-- I am already shipping Claire and Aquadork. Because really, he's not so much Aquadork as Aquahotass. Yum.

-- Having said that, Hayden's wig line is distracting.

-- How much do I love Peter, Mohinder, and Matt bundling HRG off at the end of the episode? Almost as much as I love Sandra being all, "Bitch, that is ENOUGH," and kicking his ass out of the house. Oops. Heh.

-- "Psycho Killer"! I admit it, I LOLed.

-- On one hand, I think Sylar's puppy is a little punk and Sylar's still creepy as hell. On the other hand, they're amusing the hell out of me by being entirely too fucked up for their own good. Also, I loved the "Okay, so maybe technically I'm a serial killer" conversation.

-- Hiro and Ando ... I love them, but yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn.

-- Creepy McNeoConPants is a worthy villain, but Jesus fuck, I don't like how much of a douchebag they're making Nathan. And for crying out loud, I like douchey Nathan, but ... you know, I like douchey Nathan who's not a manipulative pro-concentration-camp hypocrite, not the one who seems to think he'll make it through the season without Creepy McNeoConPants throwing him into Super Gitmo. Oh, honey. He'll twitch his nose and pull some Bewitched shit and you'll be sprawled on the floor of a cell at SuperGitmo with your complimentary copy of the X-Men movie with Moira Kelly's character standing over you saying, "Toepick!" I give it six more episodes. Three if the fandom annoyance at Nathan's behavior gets back to Kring and they spastically try to cover their asses.

SERIOUSLY. How do I get that in MY closet?

Oh good, I *thought* something was weird with Hayden's hair lately. It was driving me up the wall. And being a guy, I should get major points for noticing something about a girl's hair! ;)

I winced AND grinned at Psycho Killer. It bugs me sometimes when they turn radios on, and it's SO perfect of a song, but at least the characters realised it as well. But augh, bad cover!

Hiro and Ando's story was a little bit of "And the point of that waaaas?" At least that's over with. First season would've taken us six episodes to get to India. =D

I know, right? I fully support Claire getting it on with THAT guy. Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll have to strip down to use his powers? *hopeful*

HE LOOKS LIKE MILO. Which, yes, hot. But may be vaguely creepy ICly?

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I loved both of those things SO DAMN MUCH.

"Psycho Killer"! I admit it, I LOLed.

me too!!!!!!

Agreed. They are like the worst buddy road trip movie ever but it's kind of amazing.

Hiro and Ando ... I love them, but yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn

AGREED

Three if the fandom annoyance at Nathan's behavior gets back to Kring and they spastically try to cover their asses.

I seriously cannot see ANY POSSIBLE WAY for them to redeem Nathan after this arc.

I am betting any amount of money that they're positive that when they inevitably throw Nathan in Super Gitmo -- because, seriously, where else could this possibly be headed? -- that'll be enough to offset the fact that he's throwing innocent people into what amounts to concentration camps. KNOWINGLY.

... I don't know if it'll work for me. But then again, I've never been a huge Nathan fan.

Claire, on the other hand, is kicking SO much ass that it makes me gleeful.

I love Nathan, but this ... this is a bit much. And by a bit, I mean, "It's a sad episode when Sylar goes back to save his puppy but elsewhere Nathan's torturing Tracy."

I'm loving Claire so far this volume. She's becoming much more pro-active as the show goes on and it's good to see.

I'm wondering if Nathan even has an endgame here. He started down this path as much to prove something to Peter as any real concerns about national security (which I do think are genuine, if not all that well thought-out). I suspect --- with no proof, mind --- that he has some kind of vague plan of pressing the less rebellious prisoners into becoming some kind of super-powered government police force, the way Tony Stark did during Civil War.

Heck, that's more or less what he did in Five Years Gone (unless you think Sylar was Nathan the entire time, which I don't). Matt was his goon, and so was the Haitian. It's not as if the show hasn't set up that Nathan could go this dark, after all.

And I'm not convinced Tracey's not up to something. That was a very significant look she gave before killing that guy. I'm wondering if she and the Hunter don't have a plan.

I'm kind of glad I stopped watching when I did, because I'm more than ready for a superhero product to drop the idea of the hunting and hiding and Super Gitmos in favor of a more subtle metaphor involving outing yourself to co-workers. One that involves less "exploding men in New York" and more "electric secretaries in South Dakota," but maybe I'm ahead of my time.

Also it's kind of debatable there where the line was between torturing and just trying to keep her from escaping. Putting heat lamps around the woman who can escape by freezing things to the shattering point -- while you're complaining about not having the facilities to keep her properly under control -- yeah, it's not like we were seeing people in there questioning her, offering to turn the heat down or threatening to turn it up, or just kind of generally dicking around with her.

In my experience, though, guys who work in comic book stores never look like that. Just because you put glasses on someone does not make them a dork. :)
