So far today, I've printed out and bound the editing copy of Grand Prize Winner, figured out which stories I want to work on next, and started writing the outline for The Hollow Girl.
All while watching Extreme Makeover Home Edition episodes on YouTube.
So basically I've been working nonstop since this morning with occasional breaks to make this face:

I can just imagine how much I'd drive them nuts. "I want a bedroom that looks like a cross between Trinity College's library and Sherlock Holmes's smoking room. AAAAND, go!"

Date: 2009-03-16 07:21 pm (UTC)Ugh, Paige was awful. Pink! Flowers! Whatever. I have vague memories of sports-fan girls being give pink basketballs, and the like.
I don't know what I'd want, other than books. And to be in space. I'd like a room full of books, orbiting the earth. GO. (I would accept a room on Mars as an alternative.)
(I love how appropriate my icon is for the conversation. It's almost never appropriate for anything.)

Date: 2009-03-16 06:05 pm (UTC)Second, I'm going to need every. single. detail. about the publishing process (you know, if they decide to go crazy and change the title of it or whatever). Because there _will_ be a publishing process. Because your book _will_ be getting picked up. Or, by God, I will _end_ someone. Or, you know, a certain _industry_.
Third, I'm gonna need the exact date that your book is going to hit stores once you know. Just so I can run out to B&N and make purchases. Coz I'm gonna buy it and I'm gonna love it, and no one's gonna stop me.
