Still one of my favorite roast lines ever, Jeffrey Ross right after Sandra Bernhardt did a routine a few years back:

"Wow, Sandra Bernhardt. I wouldn't f#%k her with Bea Arthur's d#%k."

Bea's reaction to it was just classic. Just pointed at him and gave him a "hey, now!" stare.

Is it bad that I actually kinda want to read this book now? I used to love reading Pam's column in Jane. Tacky as all hell she may be, but dumb she ain't, and her attitude never fails to make me grin. Leave it to her to be hilariously (and, I would contend, intentionally) matter-of-fact about what a ridiculous process sex really is.
