Aug. 23rd, 2004 08:46 pmWhat did I accomplish today? Well, let's see. I changed the ringtone on my cell phone from the Exorcist theme to "Hysteria" by Muse, I ate a cinnamon bun, and I figured out that Vocelli's has the cutest delivery guy in the area so far. Rowr. *bounds after hottie delivery guy like Boo chasing a butterfly*
Also, those dorky nicknames I give all my co-workers sound terrifyingly like an incredibly lame superhero team. I'd like to hope that if anybody has Jean Grey's ability to rebound from death like most people do from the hiccups, it'd be the Glorified Optimist so I can whack him upside the head occasionally with a snow shovel, but alas, it's not to be. And I can pretty much guarantee that since we all work for DHL, not a one of us has superhuman speed.
Oh, and if anybody wants a fanfic idea, I had one this morning there's no way in hell I can write. Well, I could, I suppose, but ... see, I was watching The Witches of Eastwick while I was doing my hair, and I did basic math, and it suddenly hit me that the babies at the end of the movie would be in their late teens by now, give or take. And then I started sticking them in the Buffyverse (which is soooo too long an idea for me to work on) and in Joan of Arcadia, of which I haven't seen a single episode. So somebody write those three boys into some fandom, 'cause ... um, 'cause I triple-dog dare you. So there.
