I just finished dying my hair medium golden brown.

*examines myself in mirror*

Holy crap! Turning my hair this color makes my eyes look green!

Oooooooooooo. Cool. :)

EDIT: Extreme Makeover: Home Edition is my new crack. See, this is why I love home improvement shows, and why I hate what they've done to Trading Spaces. *g*

Yay! I'm over a quarter of the way done! *happy dance*

Now, if only I had printer ink so I could print it out and slap into a notebook and scribble my fun little notes like I did with The Monsters of Minooka, that would be really, really helpful. :)

Am watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. That older son? Yeah, he's just about the coolest person on the PLANET.

EDIT: Awwwww. They sent them to the Somewhere in Time hotel. *officially dies of awwwwwwwww*

I just signed up to rec Action/Adventure at [livejournal.com profile] movie_recs. Yay! Now I just need to make a list of deserving action/adventure stuff that not nearly enough people have seen. (I was tempted to sign up for the Comedy recs, but my first one would have been Battlefield Earth and no one would have taken me seriously after that. ;))

And you know, movie lovers on my list, there are still reccers needed for other genres. Hint, hint. ;)

EDIT: I may take to reccing one little-action movie everybody misses and should see and one classic action movie that should be required viewing for anyone who likes action films each week. 'Cause there are action movies that I think should be seen by everyone and don't get to be, and classic ones that people pass up over and over again and shouldn't miss, and I want to alternate. Besides, it gives me a chance to rec movies popular action movies and talk about 'em (because action is my favorite genre -- I love movies where things blow up and people get shot up and there's screaming and Muppet arms), and plus, I get to rec disaster movies. :)

Hee. I've only been signed up for a few hours and I am loving this. *eg*

Okay, so if between The Monsters of Minooka and The Walking Dead of Wilkes-Barre, I now have over 50k words, that counts for something, right? I mean, it's not all in one story, but I at least get a gold star or a pony or a golf clap or something, right?

No? Aw, nuts. ;P

Well, I couldn't write anymore today if I tried. I think I fried my brain writing this weekend, and it's now demanding that I get printer ink posthaste so I can print this sucker out and plotplotplot. And just think, once I'm done with those two, I get to stress out over The Vampires of Vandling. *sigh* I need to get a nametag that says "Glutton for punishment" and wear it everywhere.

EDIT: I can neither confirm nor deny the presence of a Violet from The Incredibles wallpaper on my desktop. You know, except for the part where I really can confirm it, mostly in high-pitched giddy squeals.
