EDIT: Also, I suppose that when I tell my brother and father that I kind of need something done "tonight", I should add that I mean THIS tonight. Especially when it comes to my computer, damn it. *sigh*

Okay, so I did the math.

Counting Yuletide, I've written 190,000 words of fanfiction this year. That's not even counting the original fiction I've worked on.

So all of the bad luck is offset by the fact that I kicked writing ass this year, apparently. :)

Me, I'll be staying home with a two-liter of Pepsi and trying in vain to get my Zen to work. I seriously need to have somebody else work on my computer, but apparently handing my laptop to someone and saying, "Can you try to fix this for me as soon as possible?" results in them automatically feeling compelled to either go out drinking with their friends or watch enormous amounts of football instead.

*sigh*

On the bright side, I have my shiny new office chair. Comfy. *snuggles in*

Maybe I'll write some more smut to ring in the new year. :)
