-- Thank you guys so much for the gifts on my profile! It took a while of going, "Bwuh?" before I finally figured out why everybody was getting so many today. Heh. :)

-- I had to run down to do the unemployment entries online for my great-aunt and great-uncle. I got five bucks out of the deal, but the best part was showing them the first Kyle/Oliver kiss when my great-uncle (who's a huge Days Of Our Lives fan) asked me about Christian and Oliver and I was like, "Oh, wait, they've got gay boys over here, too!" (Granted, there's also Luke and Noah to be had, but they're so meh I've given up on them. A LOT.)

-- I spent the entire day reminding myself that I hate the editing process. *makes face*

-- I'm so not used to the whole there-is-a-HOLE-in-my-CHEEK part of getting a tooth pulled. And I can't even poke at it with my tongue.

-- So the closest YMCA has been building an addition with a huge pool and an ENORMOUS slide, and I've been thinking about getting a membership there. Somewhere between treadmills, a pool, and the basketball court, I feel like I'd have more than enough incitement to get in shape again. My brother asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I said, "Hell, just toss some money towards that."

-- I have, like, no groceries until I get paid this week. I almost kinda love it when I reach this point, because it's like my kitchen forcing me to stop eating so much crap.

-- I didn't realize until today that it's been weeks since I've been to the cafe. Urgh. I hate being wretchedly broke, have I mentioned that lately? *headdesk*

... the TAR finale is trying to KILL me.

And it's not even over yet.

What I have at this particular moment, the Heroine Addiction edition:

-- Ten more chapters to go over with a red pen. (Which I should in theory be able to finish tomorrow.)
-- One checklist almost an entire page long in 8-pt Courier of content tweaks I still have to make.
-- An anal-retentive need to get some more of the pressboard report covers I like and can never find around here before I finish this draft, since they're the only manuscript covers I like. (Dude, it costs fifteen bucks to order those stupid things from Staples. You can throw a few into a business sized envelope and mail them through the normal post for, like, TWO bucks.)
-- Another even more involved edit of an entirely different story coming up right after I finish with this one.

... no, seriously, kill me now.
