Writerly items

I printed out what I have written of the second and third Books of Boggs and Cigarettes And Shambles and have started making some use of my extensive collection of unused notebooks by taping in the bits I've got written so I can write the outline around them. I've still got one more to do and then I'll have all three set up for outlining work.
Also, I've been horribly torn all weekend long by my newly-refreshed desire to just quit my damn job, stay the hell home all day long and write AND my realization about just how hard a time I've had sitting down and actually WRITING. I feel like the longer I work at this place, the less I want to do anything when I come home but sleep and possibly do homework. (The "possibly" being sarcastic, God knows, since I'm such an apple-polishing dork when it comes to school I had all of my homework that's due this upcoming weekend done on, like, Tuesday.)
That said, I'm organizing the FUCK out of shit, and there is the publishing whatsit that will happen if the Mystery Option Behind Door Number Three does not work out, and the weather will be warming up soon in theory, so hopefully my mood shall improve.
Aaaaand then there's fanfic.

apocalyptothon this year that I haven't had the chance to respond to yet, so my official answer is -- um, gimme a month? I know we're normally knee-deep in the end of the world by now, but I still want to do it and my spring semester will be over the first weekend of May. And since I've decided to take my time with school and not force myself to do summer classes this year so I won't overwhelm myself, after that I will have a breather from school until August or so.
I have no idea if I'll be writing for it myself, though. Right now, I'm having enough trouble spurring myself on to work on my original stuff. I'm sorely tempted to do an "Ask me anything about my writing!" post, but ... well, if you want to, knock yourself out. Maybe if I talk about my characters, it might actually help.
