Ugh.

All that working on outlining the writing stuff I have to work on this summer has done is make me want to call into work and quit so I can do it all day long.

And then I have to remind myself that the $35 I need to officially copyright Heroine Addiction and the $25 I need to refill my Lexapro in, like, two days has got to come from somewhere.

I should try to remind myself that it might be nice if I prove I can still write before I wistfully pretend I'm going to do something profoundly stupid like quit a full-time job.

... ugh.

In less stressful news, I've got ten things on my WIPs list to work on this summer, so it's not like I won't be busy. And barring any developments with the Mystery Option Behind Door Number Three I should be able to e-publish something sometime this year. (Obviously I wouldn't plan on waiting until, like, December if the MOBDN3 doesn't work out, but still.)

What I should really do is go over The Monsters Of Moosic one last time before I do anything else. The only things I'm waiting on right now with that one are the Mystery Option Behind Door Number Three and for the copyright to come through. Heroine Addiction is much the same way except I need a cover, a copyright, and a slightly heavier edit.

After that, I'm not sure what the hell to work on. We'll see what the muse demands, I suppose.

I am watching tonight's "The Voice" ...

... and let me tell you, it's hard not to slash Adam and Blake when Blake is tweeting, "God, Adam, do you ever stop talking about penises?" during the show.

That said, so far it's like they saved all the really great people for last week. Although it's kinda hilarious that we're now on our second Blake's-fiancee song. This one is definitely better than the first one, though.
