I really rather desperately want to stay home and work on writing today. I need to edit The Monsters Of Moosic, I need to salvage what I can from The Grand Prize Winner, I need to outline and write bits for Cigarettes And Shambles ... *sigh*

It really doesn't help that yesterday at work was a big ball of stress. Spending all day on the phone + Debbie Downer lacking the ability to not make things worse = me bolting out the front door so fast I may have left a smoke outline behind.

Well, that was better than going to work.

I took a mental health day today (quite frankly, I needed the FUCK out of it) and focused instead on writing stuff:

-- I posted to The 33-Year-Old Virgin again.

-- I contacted a few self-publishing review blogs to see if they'd be interested in looking at Heroine Addiction.

-- I got another chapter of The Monsters Of Moosic edited.

-- I'm about to see if I can get the Cigarettes And Shambles outline done and out of the way.

-- If I can, I'm going to do a bit of brainstorming for the Heroine Addiction sequel. (Yes, there will be a sequel. You know, just as long as my stupid muse decides to behave. I have ideas. Mwahahahahaha. ;))

I'm watching The Voice and they're featuring Christina's pairing for tonight, one of whom is Raquel Castro. I thought she was very cute and vaguely familiar in her audition, but I couldn't figure out where I could have seen her before.

She just mentioned that she played the little girl in Jersey Girl.
