This is one of many, many reasons I am a perfectionist when it comes to my writing.

So I stopped up the house today and somehow we ended up on the topic of Heroine Addiction, and my mom said it was very good but "I did find a few errors, though."

At which point she mentioned this:

( That's not actually an error. Honest. )

I really am the sort of weirdo who checks that kind of stuff, although to be fair any other mistakes are ... well, probably mistakes.

Adventures in momsitting

Mom: "How old was Jesus when he died?"
Me: "Thirty-three. Why?"
Mom: "Where did you learn that?!"

I consider my restraint commendable in that I didn't mention those catechism classes she made me attend until I was confirmed.
