apocalypsos-- I got chapter 13 done! *happy dance* I'm not up to 25k just yet, but I think once I sit down and write out the dialogue for this chapter I'll tip over the line and be a quarter of the way done. Woohoo! YAY.
Also, I've actually sent a few chapters to an actual person. So, you know, there's that. ;)
-- I completely forgot to watch Harper's Island the other night, possibly because now I've gotten into the habit of spoiling myself for the Thursday night Canada showing before the Saturday night U.S. showing and I already knew who was going to bite it and how. And let me just say this -- that should speed things up nicely. Heh.
-- 5 Terrifying Bastardizations of the Wikipedia Model: I officially hate this article for making me read excerpts from Conservapedia. Oh, my poor IQ. On the plus side, it has introduced me to Liberapedia, particularly their entry on Conservapedia.
-- Baby tamarins!
-- Pdama Lakshmi goes to the White House Correspondents' Dinner and ... well, there's a "pack your knives and go" joke in here about her bra, I know there is. I'd call this NSFW myself.
-- Susan Boyle not convinced she can win Britain's Got Talent. Well, of course she's not convinced -- the media blew their overexcited wad on her first-week performance and every week since then there's been yet another new kickass contender to compete with.
-- Physicists Prove That Vampires Could Not Exist
-- I'm going to see Star Trek tomorrow! I ... really hope my uncle still owes me a free movie, since I literally have no money until Thursday. *sigh*
