Speaking of crossovers I need to get around to writing:

1. Parker can sew.
2. You cannot convince me that Parker and Tim Gunn don't have superpowers.

I need to write that.

Fuck, I need to write something. *headdesk*

EDIT: Also, Eliot can cook. Top Chef features people who can cook. These two facts are relevant to my interests.

OTHER EDIT: Okay, mostly I just want Eliot to beat the crap out of Mike Isabella. I'd buy pay-per-view for that fight.

Exactly! She's already got Ari beat on that much.

Also, she's got Sophie the clothes horse at her back. Sophie would love dropping hints into her ear.

I'd go for anyone bringing some unholy smackdown on Mike Isabella. It takes some doing for me to actively root against someone starting two minutes after first seeing him, but what the hell, man. Girls can't do things? That's something you want to say early in your interactions there?

I am DYING TO KNOW whether the editing made him look better or worse than actual, but I'd settle for an unfortunate boiling water incident.

The only reason I'm not looking forward to next week's battle-of-the-sexes challenge is that I think we all know Mike Isabella's going to come up with at least one gem about how vaginas get in the way of French cuisine or some shit. That's why I can't really feel sorry that the editing may have dicked him over -- regardless of whether or not he spent the rest of his camera time saving kittens from fires or feeding the homeless, he still managed to drop bullshit lines like, "She's a GIRL, I should be able to beat her!" Trying to come up with an in-context reason for repeated behavior like that that doesn't make him look like a unrepentant douchebag is a job of work.
