Ever since the new season started, I've been watching episodes and thinking two things:

1.) "Wait, has Gina Bellman gained weight?"
2.) "Why do they keep making Sophie hold big things and giving her closeups and making her stay back at the headquarters?"

And the real reason never ONCE occurred to me until I linkhopped through Wikipedia to her entry today and read, On July 7, 2009 Bellman announced that she is expecting a baby.

... ohhhhh. Okay, that's why. *sheepish grin*

Ha! I actually noticed that right from the beginning. I was actually worried that they was going to make Sophie pregnant too, with all the eating she was doing in the first epps, and the boyfriend.
