Let's see ...
-- I've gotten four chapters of GPW edited since I started this job which,
hey, is four more chapters than I had done before this week, so yay for
that. And considering I've got the next two weeks at this place, I'm sure
I'll get more done besides.
-- I currently have "Heroine Addiction" open on my desktop and am starting
on the next chapter. See? I told you guys this job would be good for my
writing. ;)
-- I still have no idea what I'm going to do for NaNoWriMo, even though I'm
determined to do it and win this year. I'd be tempted to try and finish the
rest of "The Hollow Girl", except obviously I've already got three chapters
done and while I have the rest of the novel plotted out to the point where I
could easily bang out fifty thousand words with the right encouragement and
inspiration, I'd feel better simply starting from scratch like I normally do
for NaNo. I'm torn between a few ideas, but I'm seriously thinking of just
writing something silly and comedic in the vein of my SPN Big Bangs (okay,
Big Bang and intended-Big-Bang-except-I-finished-too-late ... whatever).
I'm tempted to write complete crack in either the YA female-protagonist vein
or the m/m romance department (is it just me, or is there no published m/m
romance crackfic? I like crackfic, damn it).
-- My birthday's on Tuesday! I have a dentist appointment and a four-hour
shift at work. This has nothing to do with the status of my writing except
that I will, I imagine, spend all of Tuesday pouting like a toddler and on
the verge of throwing a spoiled princess tantrum.
*
Speaking of pouting, I'm going to miss the "Flash Forward" premiere and the
first half of SPN tonight because of work. I already missed the season
premiere of "Heroes" because of work, but as it stands I haven't felt the
urge to go to the NBC site and catch up on it, so maybe that's a sign or
something.
Aaaand only three more hours to go, so. *toddles off to write*

Date: 2009-09-25 12:18 am (UTC)For Nano, theoretically you're supposed to not have anything written on the work when November starts (except for notes, outlines, character descriptions). So, start something new.
Note that Flashforward is repeating first episode on Friday, so you can catch it then.
Good luck on all your endeavors!
