Yuletide panic is like childbirth. (Okay, not really.) You forget what it feels like except for the giddiness of the end result until you sign up to do it again and OMGFUCKSHITBALLS rolls around again.

Man, am I glad tomorrow it's back to more training at work rather than going back on the phones. URGH.
