apocalypsosI've been learning through laziness every Thursday that Santino and Austin are the Odd Couple I didn't know I always wanted.
Unfortunately, I have to shovel away twenty minutes of blatant classism every week to realize that.

-- Boy, Gretchen got really obnoxious reeeeeeeally fast, huh? Most of the reason I was glad she didn't win this week because she needs an ego knock. Hopefully she'll hit the bottom three next week and tumble right off that pedestal.
-- Casanova pissed me off tonight partly because he had those stuffed puppies and if he'd really committed to them he could have possibly pulled off an awesome faux-fur outfit. Of course, that would have required him to give more of a shit. And to have something remotely resembling talent. (For instance, I'm pretty sure Valerie or Michael Not!Drummond could totally have pulled that off.)
-- Aw, Sarah. I liked Sarah! She was very down-to-earth and laidback and drama-free, so of course she had to go.
-- AJ was pulling this love-child-of-Artie-and-Kurt-from-Glee thing all episode that kept throwing me off.
-- Yay, Andy! I loved that dress so much and what he (and those who helped him, Gretchen) did with it.
-- Valerie's dress was gorgeous. God, I hope she wins one of these weeks. She's totally adorable, and she's been churning out some really great outfits.

Also, the report currently airing on Rachel Maddow about the private prison industry lobbying for the immigration law clusterfuck is morbidly amusing the FUCK out of me. (More "morbidly" than "amusing," obvs.)

Date: 2010-08-13 03:19 am (UTC)I LOOOOOOOVE ANDY! He's awesome and I have to say I love Mondo too. He reminds me of me in the insecurity department and lord knows he's a cute little thing in the shorts and bow ties.
I really hope Valerie wins too, I think she's done some amazing things.
Casanova needed to go tonight not Sarah. Andy annoys me though I'm not sure if it's his voice or the content of he talk (blah blah blah) that bothers me the most.
I'm worried about Ivy though. I wonder if she just had a low blood sugar episode.
